RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
If you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive the item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to webshop@billibi.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which can be found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
WITHDRAWAL OF PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you withdraw part of your purchase.
RETURNING ITEMS
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the package directly to our address, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
Sending a return within Denmark
We include a return label in all orders within Denmark, which you can use. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return cost, so the refunded amount will be reduced by DKK 59. Our return labels include delivery to our address, track & trace, and package insurance. Please include your order slip.

We include a return label in all orders within EU, which you can use. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return cost, and the refunded amount will be reduced by the same shipping cost as the original delivery. CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN RETURNED
If the item has lost value due to usage beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may only receive part of the purchase price back. The refundable amount depends on the item's commercial value and, in some cases, may only cover shipping costs.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the item's value.
You are welcome to return your purchase to one of our Concept Stores (Copenhagen K and Frederiksberg) instead of sending it by post. However, it is not possible to return your package in person at our address in Kokkedal. Note that the refunded amount will be credited to the payment card used, and you will receive an email receipt to the provided email address immediately, serving as proof of return. Please bring the included order slip as proof of purchase or other documentation of your purchase when returning items in-store.

Please note that DAO does not currently deliver to business addresses.
If a return package is sent to a parcel shop, it will not be picked up and will be returned to the sender after 14 days.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you provide documentation that you have returned it.
You can expect 5 working days for us to handle your return.
